i've just signed up, god there is some info on here, anyway on with the question. I am looking for a system to post process RINEX data within Europe. I have used OPUS, which doesn't work for euorpe and i have tried AUSPOS which is not ideal.

Anybody used any other service,

any thoughts or comments would be appreciated

Well, you need two things:

1) Rinex data from local reference stations
2) Software for postprocessing.

The mentioned serviced combine both for some regions. I'm not aware of
france if such a service is offered.
At least there should be reference networks in all countries in europe (e.g.
SWIPOS in Switzerland and SAPOS in Germany). Data from these networks must
be purchased.
Software for postprocessing might reach some thousand EUR if high accuracy
is needed.

Without knowing much about your intended application, it is difficult to
give any hints

If it are not many stations and you have RINEX data you can try the following service for free:
http://www.gps-solutions.com/

Click on "on-line processing".

There is an other free service you could use (also requiring RINEX data as input). Check out:
http://www.geod.nrcan.gc.ca/products-produits/ppp_e.php
