Default Russo Named to Head Space-Based PNT National Coordination Office

"Anthony Russo took up duties this week (January 19, 2010) as the
director of the National Coordination Office (NCO) for Space-Based
Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT).

The NCO provides the working staff for the National Space-Based PNT
Executive Committee, drawing on representatives assigned from various
federal agencies and departments."
