Billionaire Philip Falcone has reached a preliminary settlement with
federal regulators that effectively bans him from financial
activities for two years, a rapid fall for a man once seen as the
hedge-fund industry’s savviest mind.

In a public disclosure Thursday, Falcone’s firm, Harbinger Group,
said that the hedge fund Harbinger Capital Partners had agreed to pay
$18 million to settle two civil suits brought last year by the
Securities and Exchange Commission.

(For anyone who may have slept through it, Falcone is the asshole who
tried to bring us LightSquared).

Empiricism as it applies to astronomy, terrestrial sciences and
timekeeping is a type of fraud the world has never encountered and
exceptionally difficult to deal with.

Here we have an entire group of people manufacturing time
abbreviations upon a core system that was fractured since its
inception back with John Flamsteed and snowballed through Newton. The
rise of speculative modeling through Newton's fraudulent double
modeling thereby temporarily decimating Western astronomical
achievements is a fascinating story but the problem is that the
empiricists themselves who ran with Newton's agenda always assumed it
was voodoo with no geometrical structure whatsoever when it really was
-

"PHÆNOMENON IV.
That the fixed stars being at rest, the periodic times of the five
primary planets, and (whether of the sun about the earth, or) of the
earth about the sun, are in the sesquiplicate proportion of their mean
distances from the sun.
This proportion, first observed by Kepler, is now received by all
astronomers; for the periodic times are the same, and the dimensions
of the orbits are the same, whether the sun revolves about the earth,
or the earth about the sun." Newton

Again, the sustainability of the high end welfare system supporting the
salaries and reputations of empirical academics within a dystopian
educational system relies on the ideology that Newton's statements are
nonsensical in respect to absolute/relative time, space and motion
whereas they have a definite geometric and modeling significance -

"This absolute time can be measured by comparison with no motion; it
has therefore neither a practical nor a scientific value; and no one
is justified in saying that he knows aught about it. It is an idle
metaphysical conception." Mach, Analyse der Empfindungen, 6th ed.

Poor Mach,he was hardly aware how Isaac's absolute/relative time fits
in with his attempt to double model the motions of the planets via his
absolute/relative time and space contained in Newton's statement .

So Browne, maybe you are simply too indoctrinated to spot the fraud at
the core of speculative empiricism but I assure you I do.
