i-gotU GPS tracker.
I've just bought one and I think it's great. Have a look at www.a-trip.com to see what you can do with it. They also give away free software for Windows mobile devicses to do the same sort of thing using the mobile device's inbuilt GPS or a separate GPS receiver.
